Olde Town ROUTE is a Medicaid approved supported community connections (SCC) day program for adults interested in increasing their personal level of independence. As an SCC program we are out and about, fully immersed in the community every day. Members’ specific interests, needs, and goals are what determine the activities on our monthly calendar.

 

We utilize public transportation, such as RTD buses and trains, to get where we are going every day. Our Members will learn how to ride safely and become comfortable and confident accessing public transit. 

 

Our base site is located within walking distance to the Olde Town Arvada Station lightrail/bus hub, the gateway to exploring surrounding areas, such as downtown Denver, Boulder, and Golden. We also like to keep it local, visiting favorite restaurants, shops, and connecting with our neighbors right here in Olde Town. No matter what we are doing on any given day, we are always having fun!
